Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Centers and Services for the Attention of Persons with Disabilities of 21,568 gross euros per year.

Likewise, every 12 months and up to three years of seniority, a payment of up to €1,984 gross will be paid, linked to effective attendance, once the first year has passed. To this, a second payment of up to €1,553 gross will be added, also linked to effective attendance at the center, once 24 months have passed.

In our Early Intervention Centers, we offer monitoring and support in the development of family-centered practices. Fundación AMÁS is a pioneering entity in the Community of Madrid in this type of intervention with families and their sons and daughters.

To fill a vacancy in our Reinosa Early Intervention Center, in Fuenlabrada, we need to incorporate a Speech Therapist to provide therapeutic support to children aged 0 to 6 and their families.

Monitoring and support in the development of recommended practices is offered in a pioneering entity in the Community of Madrid in this type of intervention with families and their sons and daughters.

Duties

Design and apply individualized intervention programs aimed at favoring the development of communication and language, taking into account the needs, strengths, and evolutionary rhythm of each child.

Implement functional, meaningful intervention strategies based on play and the child's natural routines and contexts, favoring their active participation and learning.

Promote the development of communicative skills in everyday situations, favoring the generalization of learning to the child's different environments.

Work in collaboration with families and significant people in the environment, providing guidance, accompaniment, and practical strategies that can be incorporated into daily routines.

Record progress and prepare reports for developmental monitoring and coordination with the interdisciplinary team.

Promote the autonomy and active participation of the child, respecting their evolutionary rhythm.
