- Full-time (38.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule. Intensive working day in summer, Christmas, and Easter.

In our process of growth and development of new projects, we are looking to incorporate a professional specialized in cognitive accessibility who will contribute to the design of content that is easier to understand for all people.
Lead and develop cognitive accessibility and design for all projects, performing diagnostics, technical advice, training, and the creation of solutions that improve the understanding, orientation, and use of spaces, services, products, and information resources.
What you will do
Develop cognitive accessibility projects:
- Drafting, adaptation, and validation of materials in Easy Read.
- Perform Cognitive accessibility assessments of physical environments, services, processes, and digital spaces.
- Improvement proposals and support for entities and teams for the implementation of accessible solutions.
- Deploy awareness and training activities: Design and creation of didactic materials, awareness resources, and informative content.
- Coordination and support for people
- Support in co-design processes alongside a diverse team.
- Preparation of technical reports, indicators, and monitoring documents.
