Telephone Operator Recruiting Members NGO 39h/W Monday to Friday. Temporary Contract

Currently, from the MADRID office, we are looking for a TELEPHONE OPERATOR RECRUITING MEMBERS NGO, for MADRID.

Job description: Making calls to recruit members for an NGO, contacting people who have previously shown interest (through social media, signatures, advertisements, etc.) with the aim of thanking them for their support and providing more information about the NGO, with the goal of turning that interest into a membership. Following the script and guidelines established for the calls.

Schedule: Full-time 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a shift:

Morning shift: Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (with 1 hour break)

Location: On-site at their offices in Usera.

Contract type: Temporary contract. With the probationary period established by law.

Salary: €9.72 gross/hour + incentives

Training course: selective and unpaid training of only 4 hours, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Start date: 01/09

Te contamos los principales requerimientos y otras habilidades de la posición:

Descripción del puesto: Emisión de llamadas para captar socios para ONG, contactando con personas que han mostrado interés previamente (a través de redes sociales, firmas, anuncios, etc.) con el objetivo de agradecer el apoyo recibido y ampliar información sobre la ONG, con el objetivo de convertir ese interés en una colaboración como socio. Seguimiento del guion y argumentario establecido para las llamadas.

Horario: Jornada completa de 39 h/s de lunes a viernes en turno de:

Turno de mañana: de lunes a jueves de 10 a 19 horas y los viernes de 10 a 18 horas (con 1 hora de descanso)

Modalidad: Presencial en sus oficinas situadas en Usera.

Tipo de Contrato: Contrato temporal. Con el periodo de prueba que marca la ley.

Salario: 9,72 € brutos/hora + incentivos

Curso de formación: formación selectiva y no remunerada de tan solo 4hs de 10h a 14h

Fecha de incorporación: 01/09
