• Collections management: Active monitoring of the client portfolio through telephone and email contact, ensuring compliance with agreed payment terms.
• Accounting: Daily and accurate recording of collections in the corporate ERP.
• Reconciliations: Identification and rapid resolution of discrepancies between payments and invoices.
• Internal coordination: Close collaboration with group companies and various internal departments to resolve incidents and pending payments.
• Financial reporting: Preparation of key reports: Ageing, collections KPIs, SOX reports, and others required by the organization.
• Treasury: Participation in cash flow forecasting, providing updated and reliable information.
• Continuous improvement: Identification and proposal of process improvements within the Collections area.
• Audit: Support in internal audit processes when necessary.

Currently, from our MADRID office, we are looking for an AR SENIOR WITH FRENCH, for MADRID CENTER.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable departments.
• Bilingual level of French.
• Intermediate level of English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable modules within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or others).
• Demonstrable experience in client portfolio management and debt management.
• Higher Level Vocational Training or equivalent degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, or related areas.
• Analytical profile, with great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
• Teamwork orientation and a focus toward both internal and external customers.
• Proactive profile oriented toward problem-solving, with a continuous improvement mindset.
