Technical Architect / Quantity Surveyor

• Degree: Technical Architecture / Building Engineering (or equivalent enabling qualification).
• Experience: minimum [1-3] years on site, technical assistance, quality control, or in an engineering company/laboratory (valuable).
• Knowledge of regulations and construction processes.
• Proficiency in standard tools: Excel and technical documentation environments (Presto/Arquímedes, AutoCAD, etc., are valuable).
• Driving license B (essential) and availability for travel to worksites.
• Competencies: organization, customer orientation, technical rigor, communication, and teamwork.

• Previous experience in accredited laboratories and/or quality control in construction.
• Knowledge in geotechnics (campaigns, reports, basic interpretation).
• Training in OSH (e.g., 60h) and experience in construction site environments.
• Ability to manage several works/services simultaneously.

We are looking for a Technical Architect - Quantity Surveyor to join an accredited laboratory specializing in geotechnics, quality control, and technical assistance in building and civil engineering projects. The selected person will participate in the technical monitoring of works, coordination with clients and field teams, and support in the drafting/management of technical documentation linked to testing and projects.

• Monitoring and technical assistance on site (building and/or civil engineering): execution control, quality, and measurements.
• Coordination with laboratory and field teams (testing technicians, geotechnics, etc.) for work planning and sampling.
• Review and management of technical documentation: site reports, logs, minutes, certifications, etc.
• Support in the interpretation of test results (materials, soils, concrete, pavements, etc.) and communication to the client.
• Liaison with project management, construction companies, and developers.
• Control of compliance with deadlines, quality, and service requirements.
• Support in the preparation of technical offers and budgets (valuable, depending on profile).
