What you'll do
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Design and plan equipment layouts, workflows, and machine setups to optimize plant utilization.
- Analyze production data and conduct feasibility and cost studies for new or improved manufacturing solutions.
- Create and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality documentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and vendors to resolve production issues and support new materials or technologies.
