Retail Sales Assistant

From GI GROUP we are looking to hire a Store Sales Advisor for a leading company in the retail sector specializing in mobile telephony, technology, accessories and operator services, which also has a photographic services business line. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing personalized customer advice, managing the sale of products and services (telecommunications, energy, insurance and terminal rental), driving cross-selling with a special focus on energy services, as well as carrying out the administrative tasks inherent to the position, opening and closing the store, balancing the cash register and maintaining order and restocking the establishment.

We are looking for a profile with a clear sales orientation, a vocation for customer service, and the motivation to develop a stable professional career within the company.

• Personalized customer advice and service throughout the entire sales process.

• Sale of mobile devices, accessories, and technological products.

• Marketing of products and services from different telephone operators.

• Cross-selling of additional services.

• Meeting individual and store sales targets.

• Customer loyalty and acquisition.

• Managing the day-to-day tasks of the store.

• Participation in sales campaigns and promotions.

VILANOVA I LA GELTRÚ

• Working hours: 25 hours per week.

• Schedule: Afternoon shift

• Distribution: Monday through Sunday, with two days off per week.

• Contract type: Permanent.

• Salary: 1,053.12 euros/gross/month + incentive system. : We have a competitive variable plan. As a real reference, the current average commission for the top 30 advisors is €850/gross/month, equivalent to approximately €10,000 per year.

• Training: Completing and passing the online training course is essential to join the company.
