Your responsibilities:

Making calls to insurance company clients affected by the Madrid fires, providing relevant contact phone information, and informing them about psychological support services

We offer:

• Fixed salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement corresponding to the Specialist Teleoperator category.

• On-site work in central Madrid

Morning shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

30-hour workweeks

Tus responsabilidades:

Emisión de llamadas a clientes de la aseguradora afectados por los incendios de Madrid, dar información relevante de teléfonos de contacto, comentarles servicio de apoyo psicológico

Se ofrece:

• Salario fijo según convenio de Contact Center correspondiente a la categoría de Teleoperador Especialista.

• Trabajo presencial en el centro de Madrid

Turno de mañana: 8.00 horas a 16.00 horas

Turno de tarde: 13.00 horas a 21.00 horas
