Your responsibilities:

• Customer service

• Information

• Resolving queries regarding activations, cancellations, billing, coverage, and incidents.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

• Strong customer orientation and incident resolution.

We offer:

• Permanent employment contract

• Fixed salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement corresponding to the Specialist Customer Service Agent category.

• Alta capacidad comunicativa, tanto oral como escrita.

• Alta orientación al cliente y resolución de incidencias.

Se ofrece:

• Contrato laboral indefinidio

• Salario fijo según convenio de Contact Center correspondiente a la categoría de Teleoperador Especialista.
