What will your duties be?

- Providing telephone customer service and resolving issues
- Receiving and making calls
- Managing the customer voicemail inbox
- Providing support in banking procedures: account openings, documentation, promotions, and issues
- Guiding the customer in using applications and account and investment operations
- Processing files
- User management (registrations/blockages) and recording/reporting incidents
- Using management tools (CRM and internal applications)

How you'll work
-Immediate start
- 30 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Rotating shifts: you will work one weekend every 5 weeks, with 2 compensatory days off the following week.
