Banking Sector Teleoperator

You will be answering calls from users of a major banking sector company, resolving issues. Likewise, you would have to inform them about the addition of interesting products for the client. We are looking for people with motivation and knowledge in handling new technologies and data management.

• You would work the first and last week of the month.
• Working hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Making and receiving calls to manage all types of administrative and billing issues for customers.
• Making and receiving calls to provide information about services/products that may be of interest to customers.
• Resolving telephone and email issues in the banking sector.
• Cross-selling
• Back Office duties.
• Managing internal email.
• Surveying and negotiating with clients.
• Meeting the quality requirements and parameters set by the company.

• Initial in-person training of 5 days.
• In-person onboarding, workplace located in Alcobendas.
• Previous experience in a Call Center in the sales department
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Skills with office tools.
• Good spelling skills.

• Work would be performed EXCLUSIVELY DURING THE FIRST AND LAST WEEK OF THE MONTH.
• Working hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Monday to Sunday schedule, two days off per week.
• Economic conditions according to the sector's collective agreement: 9.72 euros gross per hour + incentives.
• Temporary contract through RANDSTAD EMPLEO ETT, with a real possibility of transitioning to the company.
