The role

What you'll do

Preparation and control of raw materials and processes

Prepare raw materials according to the technical specifications of the processes to obtain metal casting products, ensuring the quality of the material and its compliance with production requirements. Follow the specific instructions in the technical documents for the correct preparation of raw materials and the casting process.

Management of equipment and mold maintenance

Perform the assembly and disassembly of casting machines according to established specifications and procedures. Carry out the maintenance of molds and segments to ensure their proper working condition and production quality. Actively participate in continuous casting format changes, following established procedures and guaranteeing an efficient change without unnecessary interruptions.

Supervision and assurance of production process continuity

Guarantee the continuity of the production process, supervising that all stages of the process develop without problems and without unplanned stops. Detect possible system breakdowns and act proactively to avoid prolonged stops or major problems. Responsibly resolve incidents related to your activity, identifying the causes that trigger them and solving them within the scope of your competence and autonomy.

Application of safety protocols and risk prevention

Apply occupational risk prevention protocols and measures and environmental protection throughout the entire production process to avoid damage to both people and the work and environmental surroundings. Comply with the obligations set out in art. 29 of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on Occupational Risk Prevention, to ensure safety in the workplace and minimize risks.

Our history dates back to 1981, when Ricardo Leal, a young entrepreneur from Jerez de los Caballeros (Extremadura), decided to launch a business model that would revolutionize the local economy. Cristian Lay had just been born, the first Spanish catalog direct sales company.
