Job Description:Functions Usual functions: - Perform the inspection and execution of national and international projects in order to guarantee total compliance with procedures and technical and contractual requirements. - Prepare measurements and the definition of necessary human and material resources. - Manage and optimize the resources and people assigned to their team for the effective fulfillment of project objectives. - Technically analyze proposed solutions in case of an incident, provided they do not involve extra cost or an increase in timeframe, in which case the PM must be consulted. - Report the progress level of the works. - Supervise the work of subcontractors. - Manage the work of the various Contractors, conducting the necessary follow-up meetings to have the day-to-day of the Works perfectly documented, thus allowing for the correction of deviations in a timely and proper manner. - Coordinate with the various Contractors of the Execution and assembly works, paying special attention to any possible interferences that may arise. - Approve the different Additional Works requested from the various Subcontractors. - Supervise, together with the QH&S manager, that the subcontractors are complying with the standards established in the plan for safety, quality, and environment. - Ensure that the subcontractors are complying with the project's Technical Specifications. - Accept and receive invoices along with the certifications of each subcontractor. - Certify the works executed. - Responsible for the preparation of weekly and monthly site progress reports for the projects. - Perform periodic safety controls on the works. - Guarantee compliance with the H&S and Q&E policy on site. Guarantee compliance with quality requirements within the required deadlines. - Management of purchase orders, monitoring and inspecting the supply of materials on site, checking their correct delivery date. - Supervision of the tests specified in contracts, to verify all characteristics of the installation and its compliance with standards. - Detect and record deficiencies that may occur during the execution process. - Generate PRs, receive invoices, and report work progress within the ERP, in their area of responsibility.Additional Information:
