Construction Supervisor in Aragon

The Green Recruitment Company is looking for a Site Supervisor for an important project in Aragón, specializing in the electrical and electromechanical infrastructure construction sector.

• Supervision of civil and electromechanical works: You will be in charge of supervising the execution of construction works, ensuring that quality standards and current regulations are met.

• Subcontractor management: You must supervise the work of contractors and ensure that all phases of the project are carried out as planned, both in terms of deadlines and quality.

• Risk prevention control: You will be responsible for guaranteeing that all activities on site are carried out under safety and occupational risk prevention protocols, looking after the well-being of the team and the correct execution of tasks.

• Reporting and monitoring: You will establish periodic reports on the progress of the works, ensuring that the project meets the established deadlines and that any necessary adjustments are made efficiently.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a construction supervisor in electrical projects, especially in civil works and/or electromechanical installations.

• Technical training: Minimum vocational training degree in building, civil works, or related disciplines. Additional studies in occupational risk prevention or project management will be valued.

• Interpersonal and management skills: Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, negotiate with suppliers, and guarantee fluid communication with all parties involved in the project.
