JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This is a rare opportunity to take a defining leadership role at the heart of Greystar's growing flex living platform in Spain. As Regional Operations Manager, you will own the performance of a portfolio spanning 7 assets, 4,500 units, and more than €1 billion in assets under management - with a direct line of sight from strategic planning through to day-to-day execution.
You will lead a team built for scale: an Operations Manager who oversees the full portfolio sits directly beneath you, supported by a General Manager embedded in each asset. Your remit is both strategic and hands-on - setting the direction, driving NOI growth, building the culture, and ensuring every property delivers a consistently excellent resident experience. The role is based at Greystar's Spain headquarters in Madrid, with regular travel across the portfolio.
If you want to shape the future of an emerging asset class in one of Europe's most exciting real estate markets - backed by a global platform with the ambition to keep growing - this is the role for you.
