Your mission will be to ensure the proper functioning and follow-up of the processes under your responsibility, making sure that information is up to date, that tasks are carried out correctly, and that each matter is followed up until it is resolved.

  • Manage and follow up on assigned processes, from start to completion.
  • Coordinate with different departments and internal teams to ensure the proper development of tasks.
  • Maintain contact with clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Handle and follow up on issues, ensuring they are resolved within the deadline.
  • Review, update, and manage information and documentation.
  • Enter and maintain data in the different management tools and systems.
  • Prepare the information, reports, and follow-ups required for the activity.
  • Monitor deadlines and priorities, ensuring that no task is left pending.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis and seek alternatives when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose new ways of doing things.
  • Provide support to the different teams you will work with.

  • Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or similar.
  • We will value previous experience in Back Office positions, administration, operational management, customer service, commercial support, or process coordination.
  • A strong command of Office and experience with SAP are essential.
