What will your mission be?

You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the silo and the automated warehouse, making sure that the flow of raw materials, packaging, and products between production and logistics is efficient, safe, and continuous.

This is a dynamic role in which you will combine operational tasks with technical functions, working with state-of-the-art automated systems and actively participating in resolving incidents and improving processes.

Your work will be essential to keeping the entire logistics chain running at maximum efficiency.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Every day will be different and will combine operational, technical, and coordination functions. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the proper operation of the automated silo and providing support for the proper operation of LGV and Voice Picking.
• Managing the receipt and storage of goods.
• Operating forklifts to move materials within the different areas of the warehouse.
• Detecting, analyzing, and resolving both IT and operational incidents that may affect system performance.
• Performing occasional work at height depending on the interventions required in the automated silo.
• Managing the supply of raw materials and packaging to production, coordinating needs with the different plant areas.
• Controlling stock, carrying out inventories, managing discrepancies, blocks, quarantines, and ensuring proper traceability of materials.
• Managing movements and incidents in SAP.
• Collaborating in the commissioning of new equipment and participating in the continuous improvement of logistics processes.

We will especially value if you bring:

• Previous experience in industrial, logistics, or automated warehouse environments.
• Forklift license and experience operating one.
• Ability to work with automated systems and industrial machinery.
• Proficiency with computer tools; it will be a plus if you have worked with SAP.
• Basic mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge that allows you to intervene in minor incidents.
• Availability to perform occasional work at height safely.
• Ability to organize work, make decisions, and resolve incidents autonomously.
• Proactive attitude, teamwork orientation, and a desire to keep learning.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Formarás parte del equipo responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del silo y del almacén automatizado, asegurando que el flujo de materias primas, envases y productos entre producción y logística sea eficiente, seguro y continuo.

Se trata de un puesto dinámico en el que combinarás tareas operativas con funciones técnicas, trabajando con sistemas automatizados de última generación y participando activamente en la resolución de incidencias y en la mejora de los procesos.

Tu trabajo será esencial para que toda la cadena logística funcione con la máxima eficiencia.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

Cada día será diferente y combinará tanto funciones operativas, como técnicas y de coordinación. Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

• Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento del silo automatizado y ofrecer soporte para el correcto funcionamiento de LGV y Voice Picking.
• Gestionar la recepción y ubicación de mercancías.
• Manejar carretillas elevadoras para el movimiento de materiales dentro de las diferentes áreas del almacén.
• Detectar, analizar y resolver incidencias tanto informáticas como operativas que puedan afectar al funcionamiento del sistema.
• Realizar trabajos puntuales en altura en función de las intervenciones requeridas en el silo automatizado.
• Gestionar el abastecimiento de materias primas y envases hacia producción, coordinando las necesidades con las diferentes áreas de fábrica.
• Controlar el stock, realizar inventarios, gestionar diferencias, bloqueos, cuarentenas y garantizar la correcta trazabilidad de los materiales.
• Gestionar movimientos e incidencias en SAP.
• Colaborar en la puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos y participar en la mejora continua de los procesos logísticos.

Nos gustaría contar con personas comprometidas, resolutivas y con interés por la tecnología y la mejora continua.

Valoraremos especialmente que aportes:

• Experiencia previa en entornos industriales, logísticos o almacenes automatizados.
• Carnet de carretilla elevadora y experiencia en su manejo.
• Capacidad para trabajar con sistemas automatizados y maquinaria industrial.
• Manejo de herramientas informáticas; será un plus si has trabajado con SAP.
• Conocimientos básicos de mantenimiento mecánico y/o eléctrico que te permitan intervenir ante pequeñas incidencias.
• Disponibilidad para realizar trabajos puntuales en altura de forma segura.
• Capacidad para organizar el trabajo, tomar decisiones y resolver incidencias con autonomía.
• Actitud proactiva, orientación al trabajo en equipo y ganas de seguir aprendiendo.
