Logistics Operations Manager

If you answered YES, keep reading… because at Grupo AGORA we are looking for a LOGISTICS OPERATIONS MANAGER – ROUTE COVERAGE.

You will be a key person within our logistics operations, traveling to the different Bebinter branches to provide coverage for the needs of each center, ensuring operational continuity and supporting the teams in their day-to-day work.

What will your mission be?

Reporting to the Logistics Administration Manager, you will have an overall view of our operations and will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the centers that need coverage. Your day-to-day will be different: each branch, each team, and each operation will present you with new challenges.

What will your challenges be?

• Daily opening and operational supervision of the center.
• Control and review of orders and nighttime inbound deliveries.
• Coordination of transport and verification of loading sheets.
• Management and resolution of incidents, breakages, and courier bags.
• Updating censuses and balances and daily, rotating, and MACC stock control.
• Expiry date control and product placement in picking.
• Coordination of settlements, collection lists, and cash reconciliation.
• Monitoring of routes, returns, and supplier loading and unloading operations.
• Supervision of the maintenance and proper functioning of forklifts and mobile terminals.
• Continuous communication and coordination with delivery, warehouse, and administration teams.
• Providing support to the different branches, adapting to their needs and ensuring the continuity of operations.

• Availability for travel to our branches (Aragon, North, and Catalonia).
• Training related to Logistics

• Education: Vocational training or degree related to Logistics, Transport, Warehouse Management, Administration, or similar.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in distribution and logistics environments, such as regulated warehouses, logistics operators, or distribution centers.
• Knowledge: Advanced Excel skills. SAP knowledge, highly valued. Knowledge of logistics operations and warehouse management.

Serás una persona clave dentro de nuestra operativa logística, desplazándote por las diferentes delegaciones de Bebinter para dar cobertura a las necesidades de cada centro, asegurando la continuidad de la operación y acompañando a los equipos en su día a día.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Reportando al Responsable de Administración Logística, tendrás una visión global de nuestras operaciones y serás responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los centros que necesiten cobertura. Tu día a día será diferente: cada delegación, cada equipo y cada operación te planteará nuevos retos.

¿Cuáles serán tus retos?

• Apertura y supervisión operativa diaria del centro.
• Control y revisión de pedidos y de las entradas nocturnas.
• Coordinación de transportes y verificación de hojas de carga.
• Gestión y resolución de incidencias, roturas y valijas.
• Actualización de censos y saldos y control de stock diario, rotativo y MACC.
• Control de caducidades y colocación de producto en picking.
• Coordinación de liquidaciones, listas cobratorias y cuadre de caja.
• Seguimiento de rutas, devoluciones y operaciones de carga y descarga de proveedores.
• Supervisión del mantenimiento y correcto funcionamiento de carretillas y terminales móviles.
• Comunicación y coordinación continua con los equipos de reparto, almacén y administración.
• Dar soporte a las diferentes delegaciones, adaptándote a sus necesidades y asegurando la continuidad de la operativa.

• Disponibilidad de movilidad por nuestras delegaciones (Aragón, Norte y Cataluña).
• Formación relacionada con Logistica
• Pero sobre todo, buscamos una persona: Proactiva, con iniciativa y capacidad para tomar decisiones. Con capacidad de análisis y visión operativa. Organizada, autónoma y resolutiva. Con facilidad para trabajar y relacionarse con diferentes equipos. A la que le guste trabajar con personas y gestionar equipos.
