What will your day-to-day look like?

• You will carry out loading and unloading routes in Zaragoza and surrounding areas: This role is essential to ensure our beers reach bars and restaurants at just the right time.
• You will ensure that every customer receives their order in perfect condition and on time.
• You will plan and optimize your routes for greater efficiency.
• You will manage documentation such as delivery notes and invoices.
• You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers. Your direct interaction with customers is key to strengthening our brand image. You will be responsible for conveying the quality and commitment of AMBAR through exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships and fostering customer loyalty.

What are we looking for?

• Driver's license (C and CAP, desirable).
• Forklift license (valuable for warehouse tasks).
• Previous experience in delivery or logistics (positively valued).
• Customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
• Responsibility, organization, and commitment to the team. But above all, we are looking for proactive people with a drive to improve, who foster teamwork and camaraderie.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

• Realizarás rutas de carga y descarga de mercancía en Zaragoza y alrededores: Esta función es esencial para garantizar que nuestras cervezas lleguen a los bares y restaurantes en el momento justo.
• Asegurarás que cada cliente reciba su pedido en perfecto estado y a tiempo
• Planificarás y optimizarás tus rutas para mayor eficiencia
• Gestionarás documentación como albaranes y facturas
• Serás la cara visible de nuestra marca, ofreciendo una atención excepcional a nuestros clientes. Tu trato directo con los clientes es fundamental para fortalecer nuestra imagen de marca. Serás el responsable de transmitir la calidad y el compromiso de AMBAR a través de una atención al cliente excepcional, creando relaciones duraderas y fomentando la lealtad de nuestros clientes.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Carnet de conducir (C y CAP, deseable).
• Carnet de carretillero (valorable para labores de almacén).
• Experiencia previa en reparto o logística (se valora positivamente).
• Habilidad para el trato con clientes y actitud proactiva.
• Responsabilidad, organización y compromiso con el equipo. Pero sin duda, buscamos personas proactivas y con ganas de superarse, que impulsen el trabajo en equipo, y compañerismo.
