Do you like making things fit together, working with data and providing key support to the business? We are looking for an organized, resourceful person with a customer-service orientation to join our Back Office team, reporting to the Back Office and Customer Service Manager.

We are hiring for our finance department in Zaragoza (San José): BACK OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

What you'll do

Managing tickets and incidents reported by customers and the sales team (prices, rebates, operations, etc.)
Executing internal controls defined to ensure the quality and consistency of information
Managing hierarchy changes in SAP
Setting up new customers and operational roles (sales reps, delivery drivers, etc.)
Performing bulk data uploads using templates (terms, schedules, etc.)
Updating and maintaining customer records (master data and databases)
Managing renewals and key tasks related to year-end closing
Supporting rebate invoicing processes
Assisting with customer service tasks, both front office and back office
