Administrative Assistant with German - Free Trade Zone

From Grupo Crit - Baix Llobregat, we are looking for, for a globally important client and leader in logistics management, Logistics Administrative Assistants to develop within the sector and work directly for an automotive industry company.

• Reception of bookings.
• Contact with clients and suppliers
• Internal follow-up, and with clients and suppliers
• Updating client information
• General administrative tasks

• Native/advanced German level, sufficient to work daily and communicate with clients and suppliers from different countries in this language.
• Experience in administrative tasks, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
• Academic training in logistics, customs, or similar.
• Availability for immediate incorporation.
• We value flexibility in scheduling.

• A third language is valued: English, French, etc.

• Schedule: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. There will be different work shifts, and the willingness to occasionally work night shifts will be valued.
• Stable position: Temporary employment agency contract for 6 months + subsequent incorporation into the company
• Gross annual salary between 20,000€ and 25,000€, to be negotiated based on the value and experience provided.
• Company canteen, with access to daily menus at a very low price.

We focus our search on people who have experience working in administrative tasks, preferably within the logistics, transportation, and international trade sectors. We value people who have a clear results orientation, organization, learning ability, and multitasking skills.

Advanced German and Spanish are essential, and a third language such as English, French, etc. is highly valued.

Desde Grupo Crit - Baix de Llobregat buscamos para un cliente muy importante a nivel mundial y líder en gestión de logística, Administrativo/as de Logística para desarrollarse dentro del sector y trabajando en directo para una empresa del sector automotriz.

• Recepción de bookings.
• Contacto con el cliente y proveedores
• Seguimiento interno, y con clientes y proveedores
• Actualización de la información al cliente
• Tareas administrativas generales

• Nivel bilingüe/avanzado de alemán, suficiente para trabajar diariamente y comunicarse con clientes y proveedores de distintos países en este idioma.
• Experiencia en tareas administrativas, preferentemente en sector transporte o logística.
• Formación académica en logística, aduanas o similares.
• Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.
• Valoramos la flexibilidad horaria.

• Valorable un tercer idioma: inglés, francés, etc

• Horario: 40 horas a la semana distribuidas de Lunes a Viernes. Habrán distintos turnos de trabajo, se valorará la predisposición a hacer eventualmente turnos nocturnos.
• Posición estable: Contrato por ETT de 6 meses + posterior incorporación en empresa
• Salario bruto anual entre 20.000€ y 25.000€, a negociar en función de la valía y la experiencia aportada.
• Cantina propia de la empresa, pudiendo acceder a menús diarios a un precio muy bajo.

Orientamos nuestra búsqueda a personas que tengan experiencia trabajando en tareas administrativas, preferentemente dentro del sector logística, transporte y comercio internacional. Valoramos personas que tengan una clara orientación a resultados, organización, capacidad de aprendizaje y habilidades de multitasking.

Es fundamental tener nivel avanzado de alemán y castellano, y muy valorable un tercer idioma como inglés, francés, etc
