The role
Grupo Crit selects, for an important industrial services and supplies company located in Seville, within a professional, close-knit human team always oriented towards providing the best solutions to the industry, thereby facilitating the production process, a Technical Coordinator for Aeronautical Production and Services Control.
The selected person will guarantee advanced, stable, and traceable control of production and services related to tools, consumables, personal protective equipment (PPE), and vending systems.
They will act as the technical reference for the area, transforming operational data into useful information for decision-making and continuous improvement. Among their main challenges will be anticipating deviations, integrating systems, and automating controls, without assuming the strategic, contractual, or global management of the service.
What you'll do
- Plan and control the needs for tools, consumables, and PPE, guaranteeing their availability and traceability to ensure production continuity.
- Supervise inventories, service levels, replenishments, incidents, obsolescence, and stockouts, coordinating the necessary actions in the face of possible deviations.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports, indicators, and dashboards that facilitate decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Automate controls and information flows using advanced Excel, databases, artificial intelligence, APIs, and other digital tools.
- Configure and supervise vending systems, dispensers, and smart lockers, including items, users, permissions, alerts, and replenishment parameters.
- Perform technical and operational monitoring of PPE services, ensuring control of consumption, stock, approvals, incidents, and regulatory compliance.
- Control orders and billing for consumables, checking the consistency between orders, deliveries, consumption, rates, and invoices.
- Coordinate the resolution of incidents and promote improvements together with the production, quality, logistics, IT/OT, administration, purchasing, and other involved areas.
The position involves the functional coordination of specialists and operational personnel, without direct hierarchical responsibility unless expressly assigned.
Driving license: Type B and availability for travel between centers when the service requires it.
