Waiter/Waitress 4* Hotel

We are looking for a waiter/waitress for one of our hotels located in Marbella.

What will you be responsible for?

- Setting up the dining room for service, attending to guests, and arranging tables.
- Clearing used cutlery and plates.
- Clearing tables once service is finished.
- Assisting with the setup for the next service.
- Restocking supplies used during service from the storeroom to maintain minimum stock levels in service areas.
- Cleaning, tidying, and checking the work areas used.
- Sorting and recycling waste as appropriate.
- Compliance with the environmental policy.
- Proper uniform and personal hygiene.

What are we looking for?:
- A dynamic person, with the ability to learn and adapt, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Experience in the position.
- Specific knowledge of dining room service.

Buscamos un/a camarero/a para uno de nuestros hoteles ubicado en Marbella.

¿De qué serás responsable?

- Montaje de la sala para el servicio, atender a los comensales y colocación en la mesa.
- Retirar de los cubiertos y platos sucios.
- Desmontar las mesas una vez finalizado el servicio.
- Colaboración en el inicio del próximo servicio
- Reponer los productos utilizados en el servicio desde almacén para mantener stocks mínimos en zonas de servicio.
- Limpieza, orden y chequeo de las zonas de trabajo utilizadas
- Separación y reciclaje de residuos cuando corresponda.
- Cumplimiento de la política ambiental
- Correcta uniformidad e higiene personal

¿Qué buscamos?:
- Persona dinámica, con capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación y orientada al servicio.
- Experiencia en el puesto.
- Conocimientos específicos de sala.
