🔔 We are offering a Housekeeping Attendant position to work at El Fuerte Marbella, the first hotel founded by the company. It opened its doors in 1957 and, after a complete renovation, reopened in 2023 as a 5-star hotel.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for cleaning the rooms assigned by your supervisor, as well as tidying, caring for, and maintaining in perfect condition the rooms and the common areas of the assigned floor, along with the cleaning supplies and equipment.

  • Ensuring the achievement of the established departmental goals, as well as compliance with critical processes and area operations, in accordance with the hotel's standards.
  • Set up the cart with the necessary materials to carry out the room cleaning tasks.

  • Keep track and record of the incidents reported in the assigned rooms.
  • Carry out the inspection and check of vacant rooms.
  • Collect and deliver forgotten items in the room to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Carry out the cleaning of the corridor on the assigned floor.
  • Keep the floor's service area organized, as well as the work materials used.
  • Know and remember the guest's name and preferences while in the room.
