Deputy Hotel General Manager

• University degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or assistant management positions.

As Deputy Hotel General Manager, you will be the main support to the General Manager, collaborating in the planning, organization, and supervision of all hotel operational areas. You will ensure service excellence, team development, and the achievement of quality, guest satisfaction, and financial results.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of all hotel departments.
