The selected candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and will participate from day one in the legal and administrative processing of projects related to infrastructure, energy, electric mobility and land management.

What you'll do

  • Process and monitor administrative files related to engineering and infrastructure projects.

  • Manage permits, authorisations and licences with public bodies, local councils and sectoral administrations.

  • Prepare written submissions, applications, allegations and responses to administrative requirements.

  • Participate in public information procedures, declarations of public utility and other administrative procedures.

  • Collaborate in the preparation and review of schedules of affected assets and rights.

  • Provide support in drawing up minutes and procedures related to the occupation or impact on land.

  • Monitor administrative deadlines, registries, notifications and documentation associated with files.

  • Coordinate with technical and legal teams, clients, public administrations and property owners.
