🎯 Job Offer: Land Management Technician

At IGNEO Ingeniería, a multinational company and leader in engineering projects, we are looking for a Land Management Technician for the projects we manage in Aragon for companies in the energy sector. If you are a professional with experience in land management, negotiation with landowners and technical land analysis, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic team that is a leader in its field.

You will take part in strategic energy infrastructure projects, playing a key role in managing land impacts, ownership titles and agreements with landowners, ensuring the proper development of on-site operations.

• Carrying out technical studies of land affected by energy projects.

• Preparing technical documentation, including parcel maps and associated documentation.

• Locating landowners and analysing land ownership titles.

• Negotiating impacts, easements and agreements with landowners.

• Direct contact with affected parties and management of on-site agreements.

• Coordinating field activities and monitoring actions related to land management.

• Support with administrative tasks linked to project development.

• Ensuring proper document traceability of the actions carried out.

📍 Location: Aragon (Caspe)

🕒 Working hours: Split shift

• Residence: Aragon, preferably in the Caspe area or nearby areas.

• Driving licence B with availability for daily travel to the field.

Proven experience in:

• Preparation of parcel maps and location of affected parties.

• Land rights studies.

• Ownership research and registry and cadastral analysis.

• Land valuation and negotiation of agreements with landowners.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS tools.

• Advanced knowledge of office software.

• Ability to interpret cartographic and territorial documentation.

• Problem-solving skills and autonomy at work.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple actions.

• Proactivity and integration into multidisciplinary teams.

• Client focus and drive to reach agreements.
