At IGNEO Ingeniería, a multinational company and leader in engineering projects, we are looking for a Land Management Technician for the projects we carry out in the Basque Country for leading clients in the energy sector, such as Red Eléctrica and Iberdrola.

🎯 Purpose of the Role

Manage land rights arising from energy infrastructure projects, ensuring the proper preparation of technical documentation, liaison with landowners and compliance with the technical and administrative requirements needed for project development.

🔧 Main Responsibilities and Functions:

• Carry out technical studies of land affected by energy infrastructure projects.

• Prepare technical documentation, including parcel maps and associated documents.

• Locate landowners and analyse land ownership.

• Negotiate land rights, easements and agreements with landowners.

• Maintain direct contact with landowners during field operations.

• Coordinate field activities and administrative tasks related to land management.

• Carry out documentary follow-up of files and ensure their proper traceability.

• Collaborate with the different technical teams involved in project development.

• Residence: Basque Country or nearby areas.

• Driving licence B and availability for daily travel to the field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS tools.
