We are looking for a specialized accounting profile, with experience in automotive, who understands the particularities of the sector (volume of operations, invoicing typologies, relationship with brands) and provides reliability and control to the economic information with the following requirements:

Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum experience of 2-3 years in accounting within the automotive sector (essential).

Knowledge of the General Accounting Plan.

Advanced use of Excel.

Analytical, rigorous profile with strong attention to detail.

Valuable experience with DMS or specific dealership software (ASWIN, Automate, etc.).

We are looking to hire an Accounting Administrator with solid experience in the automotive sector, whose main function will be the integral management of accounting processes related to the dealership's activity, guaranteeing the correct imputation and control of the business's own financial operations.

Registration and accounting of supplier and customer invoices (vehicles, spare parts, services).

Control and accounting of specific sector operations (new/used vehicle sales, rebates, campaigns, brand incentives, etc.).

Bank reconciliations and review of financial movements.

Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Support in monthly and annual accounting closings.

Preparation and review of accounting entries.

Control of provisions, accruals, and depreciation.

Preparation of documentation for audits and tax advisory.

Support in taxes (VAT, tax forms, etc.).
