Retail Assistant

- Basic qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or Intermediate Vocational Training in commerce and marketing.

- Desirable qualification: Higher degree in commerce

- Professional experience: Retail experience is desirable.

- Other requirements: Knowledge of food handling, allergens, HACCP.

Contribute to customer loyalty through proper guidance and attention to their needs, as well as through the care, order, and cleanliness of the store, thereby helping to positively impact the customer experience.

1. Customer service for their various needs:

- Attend to and advise customers regarding products, offers, and needs.

- Manage complaints and incidents, referring them to management when necessary.

- Ensure the correct application of the customer service protocol at the checkout and manage incidents related to payments and returns.

2. Order, Stocking, and Store Cleanliness.

- Maintain the order, cleanliness, and correct layout of the store.

- Place, restock, and rotate products according to the manager's instructions, and mark products nearing their expiration date.

- Keep labels updated and the warehouse organized, guaranteeing correct product rotation.

3. Cross-functional and versatile tasks:

- Perform payments and cash reconciliations following established protocols.

- Collaborate actively in the different sections of the store according to operational needs.

- Communicate incidents to the management team and collaborate on their resolution.
