Orenes Group, a business holding company with over 50 years of experience in the leisure and entertainment sector, is seeking a SPORTS BETTING COORDINATOR for its Sports Betting Division in the Valencian Community area

As a Sports Betting Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing the necessary training and guidance on sports betting to the venue staff and end customers at the assigned points of sale, ensuring the implementation of the strategy established by Management to build customer loyalty and boost the sports betting retail channel. You will report directly to the Sports Betting Regional Manager in the Valencian Community.

What you'll do

Your main duties will include, among others:

  • Initial and ongoing training for the staff at the sports betting venues in your area to ensure they have a proper understanding of the product and betting system, enabling them to advise end customers in turn.

  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to venue staff on technical matters, content, customer service, promotions, etc.

  • Overseeing venue sales, analyzing business performance indicators for the venues you manage, and conducting regular site visits to define and implement improvement proposals, seeking maximum profitability and quality of service.

  • Organizing the tasks involved in defining, launching, and monitoring commercial promotions at physical venues.

  • Developing action plans and preparing follow-up reports for the various venues to report to the Regional Manager.

  • Resolving issues with end customers using the company's internal management tools to ensure a quick and effective solution.

  • Minimum education: Intermediate Vocational Training (Grado Medio) or equivalent (FPII).
