The role
Supervising and coordinating the production team to ensure compliance with the production plan, product quality, and the standards defined by the company and the client.

- Team size: 5-10 people
What you'll do
- Supervision and coordination of the operational team and coordinators.
- Daily planning of staffing needs based on production.
- Monitoring compliance with deadlines, shifts, and internal regulations.
- Monitoring and validating work reports and incidents.
- Training and supporting new hires.
- Liaising with the client for daily operational management.
- Supervising process and product quality controls.
- Support with production logistics and administrative tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), order, and cleanliness in work areas.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions or as a Team Leader.
Knowledge
- Disability and/or incapacity of more than 33% is valued.
- Production planning.
- Team management and operational leadership.
- Lean Manufacturing.
- Warehouse management and logistics operations.
- Intermediate level office software skills (SAP or other ERPs are a plus).
