As a key part of Ballenoil's operations, your mission will be to lead the implementation and supervision of strategic projects and operational procedures in your area of influence.
You will act as the person responsible for the Service Stations in the area and their human teams, ensuring that each center operates under the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Your daily work will be key to the business's success, comprehensively coordinating everything from personnel management to stock control and facility maintenance. You will be the link that ensures territorial goals are achieved optimally, always ensuring excellence in customer service and the integrity of company assets.
Carry out regular visits to the Service Stations in your territory to supervise customer service, image, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Ensure the safety of employees and facilities, correcting risky behaviors or situations to prevent incidents.
Daily supervision of fuel stocks and coordination of purchase order proposals for the assigned stations.
Lead the recruitment and hiring processes for new staff, as well as manage disciplinary procedures and conciliation acts.
Manage and follow up on maintenance issues, providing telephone support to employees for quick resolutions.
Prepare and manage the annual shift schedules, vacation management, and monitoring of staff time and attendance control.
Process requests and management of consumables, uniforms, and materials necessary for the daily operations of the stations.
