The role

Orenes Grupo, a business holding with more than 50 years of experience in the private gaming, leisure, and entertainment sectors, needs to incorporate a Maintenance Technician for our workplaces located on the island of Mallorca.

We are looking for a versatile, decisive person with an orientation toward teamwork, who contributes to the correct maintenance of our facilities, guaranteeing the proper functioning and conservation of the different spaces.

What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work in the different workplaces.
Execute repairs related to electricity, air conditioning, plumbing, masonry, and painting.
Detect and resolve incidents, ensuring rapid action to minimize possible interruptions to activity.
Supervise the general state of the facilities and propose improvements when necessary.
Maintain the order and correct organization of tools, materials, and workspaces.
Collaborate with external providers when the performance of specialized interventions is required.
Ensure compliance with the safety and maintenance regulations established by the company.
