About the role

We are seeking a Program Director to manage and lead the actions necessary to ensure the proper implementation and development of the program, coordinating the faculty and driving continuous improvement processes in accordance with the requirements established by the Quality Management System.

What you'll do

  • To direct and ensure the academic management of the degree, together with the corresponding Vice-Dean.
  • Coordinate the faculty and manage communication with the rest of the university departments.
  • To adapt the University's academic model to the specific needs of the program.

  • Coordinate, support, and evaluate faculty performance and identify training needs to promote professional development.

  • To manage the monitoring and re-accreditation processes for the program.
  • Propose, implement, and monitor program improvement plans.

  • Demonstrable professional experience in Psychological and/or psychoeducational intervention in educational contexts; Educational guidance in schools, psychoeducational counseling services, or educational support services; Design, implementation, and evaluation of psychoeducational intervention programs; Work with students, families, and educational teams; Academic coordination or management of university programs (highly valued); and/or Management of external internships and collaboration with educational centers (desirable, not required).
  • Research output in Educational Psychology, Educational Guidance, Educational Inclusion, School Coexistence, or related fields (desirable, not required).
  • Experience in coordinating or directing academic programs or teaching teams.
