About the role

We are selecting Title Directors and Coordinators for ESICT to manage and lead the necessary actions to ensure the correct implementation and development of their degree, coordinating the faculty and driving the continuous improvement process in accordance with the requirements established by the quality management system.

What will your day-to-day look like?

What you'll do

Direct and ensure academic coordination of the program, alongside the corresponding Associate Dean.

Coordinate the faculty and manage communication with the rest of the university departments.

Adapt the University's Academic Model to the specific needs of the program.

Ensure compliance with the requirements established by the University's quality management system and drive its continuous improvement.

Coordinate, support, and evaluate faculty performance and identify training needs to promote professional development.

To ensure compliance with academic metrics for the faculty, such as the percentage of PhD holders and accredited doctors, as outlined in the verification report.

To manage the monitoring and re-accreditation processes for the program.

Propose, implement, and monitor program improvement plans.

Add value to the program and work with Associate Deans and Assistants to enhance the program's visibility.

Manage student incidents in collaboration with the Support Team.
