About the role

We are looking for an Administration and HR Manager for our Jaén tram service!

🚀Your mission will be to ensure the proper management of human capital and compliance with the administrative, labour and training obligations required for the operation of the transport system, guaranteeing shift coverage, continuous technical training and compliance with the legal framework and the collaboration agreement with the Administration.

What you'll do

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for the staff required to start operations.

  • Prepare and supervise the service schedules, guaranteeing 24/7 coverage according to the operating plan and holiday/absence periods.

  • Coordinate and document technical training plans and continuous training for drivers and line staff, ensuring that everyone holds the necessary qualifications.

  • Supervise the correct application of the disciplinary regime and attendance control.

  • Manage labour relations and communication with workers' representative bodies.

  • Ensure the provision, replacement and correct use of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Manage the employee lifecycle (hires, terminations, contractual changes).

  • Process administrative files related to personnel management before the Administration.

  • Support the management of insurance and liabilities arising from operations.

  • Keep personnel files up to date and ensure compliance with the LOPD.
