About the role

Coordinating the entire bidding cycle for urban and intercity bus transport in Spain and Portugal, ensuring maximum competitiveness, quality, and compliance with the Group's strategic objectives.

What you'll do

  • Prospecting and Analysis: Active search, analysis, and interpretation of tender specifications on public procurement platforms to identify strategic opportunities.

  • Technical-Economic Study: Collaborating on detailed cost studies tailored to each tender, defining the needs for personnel, fleet, and other resources to ensure the profitability and competitiveness of the bid.

  • Internal Coordination: Collaborating in coordination with the different company areas (Operations, HR, Purchasing, Legal, etc.) involved in preparing the bid to gather the necessary information.

  • Technical Writing: Drafting the technical reports and preparing all required administrative documentation, ensuring their coherence, quality, and perfect alignment with the tender specifications.
