Maintenance Coordinator

• Degree in Automotive Engineering (or Maintenance Engineering)

• Driving License B

• Experience of at least 10 years, 3 of them as a manager in operations or maintenance in public transport infrastructures

• Knowledge of computer tools (CMMS, SCADA, BIM, etc.) and office software at an expert level.

We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator for our Jaén tram service!

🚀Your mission will be to orchestrate the coordination of comprehensive maintenance (vehicles, infrastructures and systems) of the Jaén Tram System with the Administration's Maintenance Contractors, the Cleaning Contractors of the TranJaén Joint Venture and the Operation of the TranJaén Joint Venture. The mission is to guarantee maximum availability, reliability, cleanliness and safety of the service, ensuring compliance with contracts and alignment with operations to contribute sustainably to the excellent and long-lasting functioning of the system.

• Operationally coordinate the maintenance activities of the tram system, ensuring the correct execution of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of vehicles, infrastructures and technical facilities.

• Plan and coordinate daily, short, medium and long-term maintenance, ensuring its proper integration with service operations and minimizing its impact on commercial operation.

• Coordinate, together with the Operations area and contractors, the annual planning of maintenance activities and the scheduling of major interventions during periods of least impact on the service.

• Participate in and coordinate the Intervals Committee / Work Permits, ensuring that maintenance interventions are carried out in accordance with established procedures and under adequate safety and installation lockout conditions.

• Act as the main point of contact with maintenance contractors and the Administration, carrying out technical and contractual follow-up of the work, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective measures.

• Supervise the management of workshops, garages and depots, defining criteria and ensuring the safety, order, cleanliness and proper use of facilities, equipment and technical resources.

• Supervise the proper use of the CMMS system, validating recorded information, tracking work orders, closing out actions and the reliability of maintenance data.

• Coordinate the calculation and validation of maintenance indicators through the Incident Management and Service Quality Monitoring system (GIySCS).

• Participate in the preparation and updating of the Operational Project, providing technical and organizational criteria related to maintenance and asset management.

• Prepare and keep updated the Obsolescence Plan of the systems, providing technical information for investment planning and asset lifecycle management, in coordination with the Administration and contractors.

• Manage and supervise information systems related to maintenance and asset management, including the use of BIM and CAD tools when applicable.

• Prepare and validate area reports (monthly, quarterly and annual) regarding maintenance, system availability and asset condition.

• Carry out, on an exceptional and non-routine basis, operational work in technical facilities, railways and trams, including level 1 maintenance actions, when the situation requires it due to unavailability of resources or singular incidents.
