Systems and Civil Works Maintenance Technician

🙌We are looking for a Systems and Civil Works Maintenance Technician for the Jaén Tram!🙌

🚀 Your mission will be to ensure the correct operational execution of maintenance and cleaning of the tram system through the daily management of work, resolution of first-level incidents, technical follow-up of interventions, and proper information management by the Administration's Contractors and the Cleaning Contractor, contributing to the availability, reliability, cleanliness, and safety of the system in coordination with the different areas.

• Carry out operational tasks in technical facilities, stops, and trams, including level 1 maintenance actions, in accordance with established procedures.

• Execute basic actions on the tram's facilities, infrastructure, and systems, contributing to the rapid recovery of service and the availability of the system.

• Perform the first diagnosis of incidents, both in rolling stock and in infrastructure and systems, providing precise technical information for decision-making and resource mobilization.

• Operationally coordinate daily and short-term maintenance, acting as a technical liaison between the Operations area and maintenance contractors.

• Operationally manage the CMMS system, recording incidents, generating and assigning work orders, monitoring interventions, and proceeding with the technical closure of actions.

• Actively participate in the Work Intervals/Permits Committee, preparing the necessary technical documentation and ensuring the correct tagging/locking of facilities during interventions.

• Manage the daily operation of workshops, garages, and depots, ensuring compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards, and coordinating the activity of own staff and contractors.

• Provide technical support to Operations teams (Line Managers and Operations Technicians) in resolving first-level breakdowns and in field actions.

• Manage and use the maintenance area's information systems, including servers, computer equipment, and support tools, resorting to external services when necessary.

• Use BIM and CAD tools for technical monitoring of facilities, infrastructure, and documentation associated with maintenance.

• Provide technical information and operational data for the preparation and updating of the Obsolescence Plan, based on the real state of assets and their maintenance history.

• Prepare technical and organizational reports within their scope of intervention, as well as participate in calculating maintenance and service quality indicators.

In addition, 10 years of experience in technical maintenance of systems or facilities will be valued, of which 3 years of experience in a railway or tram environment.

📚 We are looking for a profile with a Bachelor's Degree or Higher Technician qualification.

In addition to having knowledge of:

• Technical operation of the tram system

• Level 1 maintenance

• Technical diagnosis of incidents

• Management and use of the CMMS system.

• Execute and coordinate level 1 maintenance in technical facilities, stops, and trams.

• Perform the first technical diagnosis of incidents and support service recovery.

• Manage and keep the CMMS system updated, ensuring maintenance traceability.

• Ensure the correct execution and safety of daily maintenance work.

• Manage the daily operation of workshops and depots.

• Provide technical support to Operations and coordinate with contractors.

• Keep technical documentation and information systems updated.

• Prepare technical reports and provide information for indicators and the obsolescence plan.

🙌¡Buscamos un/una Técnico/a de Mantenimiento de Sistemas y Obra Civil para el Tranvía de Jaén!🙌

🚀 Tu misión será garantizar la correcta ejecución operativa del mantenimiento y limpieza del sistema tranviario mediante la gestión diaria de los trabajos, la resolución de incidencias de primer nivel, el seguimiento técnico de las intervenciones y la adecuada gestión de la información por parte de los Contratistas de la Administración y de lo Contratista de Limpieza, contribuyendo a la disponibilidad, fiabilidad, limpieza y seguridad del sistema en coordinación las diferentes áreas.

• Realizar labores operacionales en instalaciones técnicas, paradas y tranvías, incluyendo actuaciones de mantenimiento de nivel 1, conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.

• Ejecutar actuaciones básicas en las instalaciones, infraestructura y sistemas del tranvía, contribuyendo a la recuperación rápida del servicio y a la disponibilidad del sistema.

• Realizar el primer diagnóstico de las incidencias, tanto en material móvil como en infraestructura y sistemas, aportando información técnica precisa para la toma de decisiones y la movilización de recursos.

• Coordinar operativamente el mantenimiento diario y a corto plazo, actuando como enlace técnico entre el área de Operaciones y los contratistas de mantenimiento.

• Gestionar de forma operativa el sistema GMAO, registrando incidencias, generando y asignando órdenes de trabajo, realizando el seguimiento de las intervenciones y procediendo al cierre técnico de las actuaciones.

• Participar activamente en el Comité de Intervalos / Permisos de Trabajo, preparando la documentación técnica necesaria y asegurando la correcta consignación de las instalaciones durante las intervenciones.

• Gestionar el funcionamiento diario de talleres, garajes y cocheras, velando por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, orden y limpieza, y coordinando la actividad de personal propio y contratistas.

• Apoyar técnicamente a los equipos de Operaciones (Jefes de Línea y Técnicos de Operaciones) en la resolución de averías de primer nivel y en las actuaciones de campo.

• Gestionar y utilizar los sistemas de información del área de mantenimiento, incluyendo servidores, equipos informáticos y herramientas de apoyo, recurriendo a servicios externos cuando sea necesario.

• Utilizar herramientas BIM y CAD para el seguimiento técnico de las instalaciones, la infraestructura y la documentación asociada al mantenimiento.

• Aportar información técnica y datos operativos para la elaboración y actualización del Plan de Obsolescencia, basándose en el estado real de los activos y su historial de mantenimiento.

• Elaborar informes técnicos y organizativos en su ámbito de intervención, así como participar en el cálculo de indicadores de mantenimiento y calidad del servicio.

Además, se valorarán 10 años de experiencia en mantenimiento técnico de sistemas o instalaciones, de los cuales 3 años de experiencia en entorno ferroviario o tranviario.

📚 Buscamos un perfil que tenga Titulación de Grado o Técnico/a Superior.

Además de tener conocimientos de:

• Funcionamiento técnico del sistema tranviario

• Mantenimiento de nivel 1

• Diagnóstico técnico de incidencias

• Gestión y uso del sistema GMAO.

• Ejecutar y coordinar el mantenimiento de nivel 1 en instalaciones técnicas, paradas y tranvías.

• Realizar el primer diagnóstico técnico de incidencias y apoyar la recuperación del servicio.

• Gestionar y mantener actualizado el sistema GMAO, garantizando la trazabilidad del mantenimiento.

• Asegurar la correcta ejecución y seguridad de los trabajos diarios de mantenimiento.

• Gestionar el funcionamiento diario de talleres y cocheras.

• Apoyar técnicamente a Operaciones y coordinarse con contratistas.

• Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica y los sistemas de información.

• Elaborar informes técnicos y aportar información para indicadores y plan de obsolescencia.
