The role

You will carry out proper management of the production and maintenance of the work center.

What you'll do

You will carry out the daily monitoring and control of the plants' operation, coordinating productive activity and supervising the management of raw material stockpiles and final products.

You will coordinate and manage the preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities and plant equipment.

You will supervise the performance of the team members and distribute tasks for the correct operation of the plant.

You will collaborate in the management of purchases and stock of the material necessary for corrective, preventive, and general conservation maintenance, necessary for the operation of the facilities.

You will supervise the work carried out by external personnel, and where applicable, by the specialized technical team in machinery repair and maintenance.

You will ensure the safety of the workers in the different plants, emphasizing the correct use of PPE.

You will analyze and resolve the different deviations occurring in the plants.
