IT Project Manager - Logistics

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of projects within the Logistics division.
• Communicating appropriately to product and division management and affected parties about project progress, risks, incidents, and achievements, etc.
• Confirming and validating with internal/external clients that the solution provided meets the needs, attending on-site during start-ups when deemed necessary.
• Identifying and documenting the roles and responsibilities of each project team member.
• Responsible for managing and documenting the project scope, as well as change requests.
• Planning and managing the necessary meetings with project stakeholders (project team, clients, etc.).
• Supervising the work carried out by the team of analysts and programmers to ensure the quality of the work and its proper functioning.
• Promoting a culture of innovation and creativity within the team to create the necessary space for contributing new ideas and approaches.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager for Logistics to join our Transformation and Digitalization team at our headquarters in Zaragoza. In your day-to-day role, you will be the link between the business unit and the IT department, translating the requirements set by the division. You will be responsible for leading assigned projects, with the aim of optimizing and delivering the work required by the client, generating value for the development and growth of the company. 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, and/or a Higher Level Training Cycle in areas related to logistics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics.
• Experience and/or knowledge in IT project management.
• Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
• Internal and external client orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary areas.
• Availability to travel occasionally.

• Knowledge of .NET and databases is a plus.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2, etc.).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and making decisions in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation.
• Proactivity and autonomy in managing tasks and projects.
