We are currently looking for an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician who will be responsible for ensuring that Health and Safety policies and procedures are implemented and carried out in accordance with the legal, regulatory, corporate, and internal requirements demanded at the workplace.

What you'll do

  • Provide support for the achievement of the goals and objectives established by the safety department;
  • Perform safety inspections;
  • Monitor potential risk;
  • Define corrective action plans and ensure compliance;
  • Conduct safety meetings;
  • Participate in the Health and Safety Committee meetings as assigned to you;
  • Deliver safety training/information sessions at the workplaces;
  • Inform employees and supervisors about the various aspects of prevention and how to avoid accidents;
  • Investigate injury and property damage claims;
  • Perform and review incident and accident reports, analyzing data to determine their cause and proposing improvement measures;
  • Accompany and attend to the Labor Inspectorate and other official bodies, when necessary;
  • Perform Health and Safety audits and/or inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures;
  • Provide support to the various sites to guarantee the correct and harmonious application of policies and standards across all of them;
  • Drive and lead the safety culture improvement program in the sites you support
