About the role

Your mission will be to support the team of HR Technicians in the hiring processes, staff monitoring and payroll, and everything related to the company's personnel administration.

What you'll do

  • Submit sick leave reports or investigations in the event of a work accident. 
  • Have all documentation related to workers signed for their registration (contract, form 145, internal rules, welcome manual, PRL documentation, etc.), provide a copy of the worker's documentation, and keep the signed copies. 
  • Contribution of extra-pay payments, as well as any incident that may affect payroll.  
  • Complete payroll cycle process, registrations, terminations, incidents, final settlements, etc.

Profile requirements

  • Degree or bachelor's degree in Labor Sciences, Labor Relations and/or Tourism. 
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position. 
  • Advanced user-level computer skills. 
  • Knowledge of personnel administration, procedures with official bodies (INSS, TGSS, SOC, SEPE, Mutua, AT), payroll, time management, social security, hiring, IRPF.
  • Regular user of Payroll applications (SAP), time control, Social Security (Winsuite, Sistema Red, Siltra), Work Accident Reports (Delt@) and Hiring (Contrat@).
  • Experience in the hotel sector.
