We are looking for a RECEPTIONIST for our HOTEL HESPERIA MURCIA CENTRO located in Murcia.

What you'll do

What will you do on a daily basis?
• Manage the guest experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.

• Pre-assign rooms

• Identify and welcome all hotel guests and visitors.
• Recognize repeat guests

• Manage individual and group reservations, both direct and through agencies and OTAs

• Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, sales, etc.) to ensure a comprehensive service.

• Address all guest requests before, during, and after their stay at the hotel
• Handle the front desk cash register (guest billing, currency exchange, etc.)
• Answer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and proactively.
• Promote all hotel services
