The role

What you'll do

At this time, HM Hospitales is looking for new talent to join us as a Financial Controller.

The selected person will perform the following functions:

  • Development of Economic and Healthcare analysis reports for monthly reporting to the Medical Management.
  • Preparation and definition of Dashboards and monitoring of key KPIs for the monitoring of the Medical Management.
  • Data and variance analysis.
  • Preparation of ad-hoc studies according to the needs of the Medical Managements, other areas of the Company, and the department itself.
  • Support in the preparation of the Group's billing Budget. In the preparation of this, you will participate, alongside the area manager, with the Medical and Operations Managements of the various Territories.
  • Interaction with IT with the objective of generating KPIs and Dashboards that allow for the monitoring of key aspects of the Business from both an economic and healthcare perspective.
