Financial Controller

• University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance and Accounting, or similar.

• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in management control, controlling, auditing, or finance, with autonomous participation in closings, budgets, forecasts, and deviation analysis.

• Advanced mastery of Excel and experience in cost, margin, and profitability analysis.

• Analytical capacity, rigor, autonomy, proactivity, and ease in communicating financial information to non-financial teams.

• Proficiency in Power BI, SAGE X3, Power Query, or similar reporting and ERP tools will be valued.

• French desired, especially for collaborating with international teams.

• You will be part of an international group specialized in nutrition, health, and well-being, with established brands and projects in different markets.

• You will hold a transversal position, with visibility over the business and direct contact with Finance, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, Quality, and R&D teams.

To strengthen our team in Madrid, we are looking to hire a Financial Controller to support the Finance area.

Your mission will be to ensure the economic and financial monitoring of the activity, providing analyses that allow for understanding the evolution of the business, anticipating deviations, and improving the profitability of our products, markets, and sales channels.

You will work transversally with the Finance, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, Quality, and R&D teams.

• Participate in the preparation, monitoring, and updating of budgets and forecasts by market, country, brand, and product line.

• Participate actively in monthly closings and prepare management reports intended for the Management team.

• Analyze deviations from the budget, identify their causes, and propose corrective actions.

• Analyze profitability and margins by product, SKU, market, and sales channel.

• Monitor the costs of raw materials, packaging, and outsourced manufacturing, evaluating their impact on margins.

• Prepare economic analyses and business cases for new products, promotions, launches, and commercial projects.

• Collaborate with Purchasing, Quality, Marketing, Sales, and R&D to facilitate the economic control of their activities and projects.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and financial and operational indicators that facilitate decision-making.

• Contribute to the automation, optimization, and reliability of reporting and management control processes.

• Communicate financial information in a clear and accessible way to non-financial teams, providing business-oriented recommendations.
