What you'll do
What will your duties be?
- Accompany and guide patients and their families during their stay in the Emergency Department.
- Provide clear and approachable information regarding the care circuit, timings, and the different stages of the process.
- Monitor the patient experience during their stay in the Emergency Department, anticipating possible needs or incidents.
- Act as a point of reference for patients and families, facilitating communication and coordination with the different professionals and areas involved.
- Detect needs, doubts, or situations that may affect the patient experience and collaborate in their resolution.
- Manage upcoming appointments for patients resulting from the care received in the emergency department.
- Contribute to offering close, agile, and personalized care, guaranteeing a positive experience throughout the entire care process.
- Collaborate in identifying improvement opportunities related to patient experience and care.
