At HM Hospitals, we are looking for an HR Administration and Payroll Technician for the HR Administration Department at our central offices, located in the center of Madrid.

What will your mission be?

You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring impeccable labor management for our colleagues, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellence in internal service.

Contractual and Legal Management: Drafting contracts, modifications, terminations, and managing registrations/deregistrations with the Social Security, managing certificates for direct payment benefit requests (maternity, paternity, etc.), leaves of absence, reductions, adjustments, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

Processing procedures in Contract@, Certific@2, and the RED system.

Payroll and Compensation Management: Processing salaries, tax withholdings, managing absenteeism, settlements, vacations, overtime, other variable concepts, and benefits management.

Attendance Control and Administrative HR: Ensuring the correct payment of variable compensation generated by the time and attendance application.

Settlement of garnishments, advances, and meal allowances. Managing all documentation associated with these processes, as well as communication with the relevant agencies.

Lifecycle Administration: Managing employee files, organizing documentation, and managing Onboarding and Offboarding processes for employee terminations or retirements.

Labor Relations and Compliance: Addressing employee inquiries, executing procedures related to disciplinary files, dismissals, and communication with authorities. Preparing documentation requested by various administrations and Labor Inspections. Managing certificates of services rendered.
