In our Digital Solutions & IT Architecture unit (EC/XD), we develop concepts and IT solutions for our global coatings and surfaces business. We drive innovative solutions, ensure seamless end-to-end processes, and identify global best practices for our locations.

• As the HRIS Global Process Owner, you will be responsible for managing applications and solution architecture for Surventis's global HRIS ecosystem, with SAP SuccessFactors and ADP Workforce as the main applications.

• Your primary responsibility will be the design, development, and implementation of a global IT environment dedicated to Human Resources, including a greenfield HRIS implementation. This environment will support current business objectives and ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations, always in close collaboration with Surventis's HR department.

• In your role as Global Process Owner, you will also oversee integrations with closely related systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, and ServiceNow. You will act as a liaison with our internal stakeholders, translating business needs into IT requirements.

• During projects and ongoing maintenance activities, you will work closely with technical implementation partners and lead deployments and projects autonomously. Additionally, you will drive future innovation and continuous improvements to the application ecosystem.
